Okocha, who is on the technical committee of the Nigeria Football Federation, was damning in his analysis of Keshi's decisions.
Former Nigeria captain Jay-Jay Okocha has voiced his candid opinion and out rightly blamed coach Stephen Keshi for the Super Eagles's underwhelming performance in their opening World Cup Group F match against Iran on Monday.
It should be noted that the teams played out the first goalless game of the tournament in Brazil, which led former Ghana defender, Samuel Kuffour, to tag the Super Eagles of Nigeria’s goalless draw against Iran as the worst game so far of the on-going FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
The Super Eagles failure to win their first match has stirred up a lot of emotions on the Nigerian front and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. It would seem that not only do the Super Eagles have redeem themselves but they also have to find the back of the net of their next opponents without defender Godfrey Oboabona, after he’s been ruled out of the team’s second Group F game against Bosnia on Saturday.
