The wrecking Ball hitmaker’s home was targeted by a pair of thieves on Friday and they managed to drive away with the star’s prized 2014 Maserati Quattroporte, as well as jewellery.
Police were called to the singer’s home in the San Fernando Valley in California when Miley’s assistant discovered several items had disappeared.
It’s believed the assailants – who police have identified as a man and a woman – scaled the star’s garage to gain access to the house.
No one was home at the time and Miley, who is currently in Europe for her Bangerz world tour, isn’t expected back in the United States until July.
The burglary comes months after Miley’s home was burglarised in November on the weekend of her 21st birthday.
The singer was left “extremely upset” about the incident because “a lot of personal items were stolen”.
On Sunday, Miley appeared to be in a downcast mood on Twitter, but it’s not known whether she was referring to the break-in at her home.
She wrote: “ya know when you just cry in the shower for no reason (sic)”
