1. Brush Your Mouth As Your Mom Taught You! Yes, you should try to follow the morning and evening toothpaste-on-toothbrush in your mouth routine. You cannot skip brushing your teeth and expect fresh breath. You just have to brush, either with pako or smooth ash, just brush and save us your bad breath! Remember to clean your tongue too!
