What you are about to read will certainly make you
laugh or smile or might even crack your ribs depending on how strong
your ribs are. However, embedded in the laughter are words, I think, are
truth. Let me quickly step out of the way to allow you digest every
bit of the commandments. Where they make you laugh, laugh. Where they
knock on your head, allow the pain to penetrate very well. After all,
chloroquine is bitter yet it used in dealing with malaria. I’m out of
the way. The next voice you will hear is yours.

1. Thou shall not date any guy out of sympathy. It is not worth it. It has never worth the pain. Ladies beware!
2. Thou shall not do revenge relationship a.k.a let me show my
boyfriend I can flirt too. Ladies, that is inflicting more injuries on
yourself
3. Thou shall not depend on any man for your daily needs. It has brought more pains than joy to some ladies. Ladies, please!
4. Thou shall never fight over a man. Such men usually don’t have
regard for ladies. Ladies, you can ask around if you are in doubt!
5. Thou shall not remain in a violent relationship. You are supposed
to be his sweetheart not a punching bag. If he’s looking for whom to
punch, refer him to Mike Tyson. Ladies, abi?
6. Thou shall not give IT to him. If he wants IT that desperately, he should put a ring on it. Funny enough, men can wait if they see you worth it. True!
7. Be bold when men toast you. Stop cutting flowers or drawing
circles with your leg. Enjoy the ‘toasting’. Don’t forget to pay
attention to the pick up lines. Some pick up lines can crack your ribs.
8. If you are not sure of your man especially if the relationship is
still new, never take your girlfriend to his house or give her his
number or BB pin. Odikwa very risky!
9. As soon as you can, let your man show his face to your people. Your sister or brother or mother. This is very key.
10. Material possessions are good but never let them be the number one factor in choosing a man.
11. Do not forget the golden rule. Always sit like a woman. Some men
act like babies when a woman is not properly seated. You know what I
mean!
12. Never think you can trap a man with good sex. Fou fou fou… foul! It is an aberration.
13. Be good to men but be firm. Yes firm but don’t scare them away.
14. Men are not in short supply. Don’t let them deceive you. Don’t
believe anything in the contrary. Don’t be stampeded into a
relationship.
15. If your purpose for financing a man is to keep him, that could be a big mistake. Finance for the right reasons.
16. Men are not the same. Don’t listen to “men are the same jare!”
It’s a lie! How many men have you met out of about six billion people on
earth? You see am nau, abi?
17. Adventures can be sweet. However, never embark on a long trip to meet a man without informing someone. Never!
18. Guys have a way of saying “don’t let anybody know about us yet.” If the relationship is up to three months and counting, somebody should know about it jor! Better things, they no dey hide am.
19. They say good girls love bad boys. And as a good girl, you are looking for a bad boy to love? OYO for you! Let bad girls love bad boys and good girls love good boys. Nobody should use your head to catch a bullet.
20. Enjoy being single. It does not last forever.

Sex is usually taken menu when the woman is menstruating.

While
this decision may have cultural and religious backings, some people
also just stay away because of the bloody mess is more than they can
handle.

But do you know that you really don't have to skip sex just for the sake of menstruation.

Well, it may sound odd, but a WikiHow
article says "sex during your period can deliver amazing sensations
(even more amazing than the normal ones, believe it or not)."

But you can actually have sex while she is having her period.

Here's how to do it right:

Be ready for the bloody mess:
In almost every case, there is release of menstrual fluid so you
should not have your best sheets laid out. It is better to use thick,
colored blankets, towels or spread sheets that you can dispose off after
sex.

Tackle the odour. Sometimes,
the menstrual fluid has an unpleasant odour. So to forestall this, have
the air scented — spraying a strong perfume or lighting scented
candles will be a good move.

Have lots of tissue paper nearby. Because
of the 'leaking' menstrual fluid, it would be nice to have a lot of
tissue paper/toilet roll that you can clean up with every now and then.

Try a combine shower hour. Sex
in the shower at this period is a wise choice, especially as the
menstrual fluid gets washed away as she releases it. The wetness is also
good for you both.

Stay healthy by using condoms. At
this period, the risk of getting sexually transmitted diseases (STDs)
are much higher. For this reason, á condom is your best friend. Use it.

Stay traditional and simple. This is not a period to be too adventurous.
Save the kamasutra moves for another period and use the the missionary
position. The blood flow will be reduced with the woman lying on her
back.

Skim the waters. Try
not to penetrate too deep because you just might start an endless flow
of blood. So remain on the surface with gentle thrusts.

Oral sex is a no no. Do
not be tempted to give her a quick mouth job unless you are willing to
get a mouthful of menstrual fluid. You surely won't like it.

Focus on not genital regions. You can boost the sexual experience by focussing more on parts other than the vagina. Turn your attention to the breast and other erogenous zones onn her body.

Clean up/take a shower immediately after. You totally need to wash off as soon as you are done. Don't let the juice dry up on your body.

There you go, you can still have fun...

Only for the post to attract some crazy comments Toyin says were not surprising to her.
She told Punch:

People will always have something to say. If my husband was beating me up, then some people pretending to be women right activists have their partners pummel them at any given opportunity. Some people want what you have but when they can’t have it they just ‘bad-mouth’ you. I sometimes read comments about me online when I’m bored because they crack me up.

There’s no way I can ever stop putting out our pictures on social media because we are both in the industry. If people don’t talk about us, how do we make money? How do we get jobs? Because he is a caring husband, the consensus is that I have jazzed him. I wanted my hair blown out because I wanted to fix a weave-on and he offered to do it. I have been using Ozone relaxer for ages and can’t stop using it because other kits do not work for me. They still have a lot to talk about because this is just a tip of the iceberg.”
So, has marriage been all rosy for her? Letting out a smile, Aimakhu, who is the youngest child in a family of five, says she set her priorities right even though it comes with a huge price.

“I have lost some jobs as a result of my marital status but it is worth it because you can’t buy a good home or compare it to anything in this world. You can always get another job after you lose one. But once you lose your home it is difficult to get another good home.

I take up controversial roles wisely and can no longer go the extra mile with male colleagues on set or take up bitchy roles. My husband can take up any role and he knows how to handle them. My man is very decent and does whatever he feels is right. After all, location is location while home is home,” she says

My wife is cheating on me with a vibrator!

A mail from a troubled man to Vanguardngr
I have a very serious problem which has started affecting me psychologically and even my performance at my job.
I have tried to work things out with my wife but it has not yielded any positive result as I am not convinced about the situation. I feel too ashamed to discuss the problem with my pastor and even worse with my mother because I know that will only escalate things.
Trust me, I know my mother and mothers generally. As for my friends, I am afraid they might turn around to use it against us and make me the butt of their jokes
My problem started last December, over the festive period to be precise.
I caught my wife on our matrimonial bed having sex with a vibrator. I almost collapsed because I was shocked beyond what words can describe. I found myself shaking from head to toe, unable to even say anything. I felt so disgusted and sick that I had to rush to the bathroom to splash water over my face to avoid vomiting.
She must have been so engrossed in what she was doing that she did not even know when I entered our apartment and walked into the room to find her in that position. It was my movement that brought her back to reality.
What I found most disturbing at that moment was why she could not wait for me if she was so in need of sex, since I’d called her earlier on that I was on my way home. And though she got up immediately and started pleading with me that it was the devil, I did not bring myself to talk to her until very early in the morning of the next day.
She told me a friend in her office had given it to her to try out and it was her first time of using it. And that she would have told me about it but wanted to try it out first. She mentioned somebody’s name which she said I have never met and pleaded that she would return it and never use it again. She managed to convince me that it was an innocent one-off-thing which I did not need to bother myself about and I accepted.
But it was difficult for me to forget as I kept seeing the picture of her in that position in my head and wondering if it was right for a married, Christian woman to be doing such a thing. To me, it is something made by the Satan for his children.
Later that week, she told me she had returned it and things went back to normal between us but I was surprised to find the instrument again in her underwear drawer by accident. She was not at home, so I took it out and laid it on her side of the bed. As soon as she saw it, she went on her knees again and began to beg me.
She said she did not know how to return the thing since it was a gift and would not want to upset her colleague at the office, nor embarrass herself. She insisted she was not using it and was also scouting for whom she too can give it to.
Since I did not catch her using it, I had no choice but to let it go. However, I was not comfortable and began suspecting her. I later hatched a plan to catch her and before long, it worked. What I saw that evening was worse than the previous one and still haunts me till today.
I’d never seen my wife look that way before even when we are doing it. I was transfixed that I had to hide quietly behind the door way to allow her finish before I opened the door. Immediately my wife went on her knees, begging that it was the devil again.
I refused to talk to her and walked out of the apartment. I just walked round and round the neighbourhood because I felt lost and didn’t know where to go or who to talk to. I felt thoroughly betrayed. I had never looked at another woman in my life, before and even after I met her. I’d never looked at porn magazines or movie, not to talk of having a girlfriend, and worse still, owning a sex toy.
I could only manage to keep my anger for two days as she kept crying and asking for forgiveness, promising never to use it again. I could not bear to see her that way too, so, I insisted she had to tell me the truth.
She then told me that since the matter was no longer a secret, it was better she confessed everything to me. She said the vibrator was hers and she had been using it even before she became a born again Christian, as she was introduced to it while in Secondary school. (A girls only school) I don’t understand the logic, but she said it was a way to show that they did not need male company? Were they Lesbians?
She insisted they were not. When she became “born again” in the university, she stopped, she said. This was where we met and started first as friends, then I got the message that she was my wife and we eventually got married two years after our service year. She said she was forced to go and buy another vibrator after a discussion with some ladies in her office about how much they enjoyed their sex life and she missed the fun she used to have. She also told me that she does not get satisfaction from what we do together but did not want to hurt my feelings by telling me and begged me to allow her to continue using the thing and that it will not affect what we have together, after all, I never would have guessed it, if I had not caught her using it.
My problem now is that, though I have not caught her again in almost two months, I am still not happy because I know she is doing it and its disgusting to me. Though she says it will not affect us, it is already affecting me because anytime I want to have sex with her, that picture comes to my mind and spoils my mood.
I will have to just force myself because I have nowhere else to relieve myself

4 Benefits To Waiting Until Marriage To Have S3X

A popular pastor that I follow quotes that s*x can be considered 3 things, “gross, god, or a gift.” I believe this to be very true in our day, due to how s*x is overrated outside of marriage and underrated within marriage. It is gross to those that have been taught their entire life that s*x is bad and will cause people to look at you differently. For some it can be become a god, taking over your time, money, and relationships in order to appease it. But, it is God’s purpose for s*x to be seen as a gift. s*x is a gift to be shared with your spouse within the confines of marriage. My wife and I, by the grace of God, were both virgins at the moment of saying, “I Do”, to one another on our wedding day.
Based on our first hand experience, here are 4 benefits of waiting until marriage to have s*x.

1. Keeps God at the center of your relationship
Honoring God in our relationship was my wife and I’s supreme goal and saying no to s*x made that goal easily accomplish-able. God is the inventor of marriage, which means you need Him in your marriage in order to have a healthy one. The stages before you say “I Do’ are the most crucial for laying a solid foundation for your marriage. Establishing a no s*x boundary will keep you focused on the important aspects of a courting relationship. Yes, the desire to have s*x will come, but with God, you will be able to have the strength to resist temptation. Trusting God in your relationship will help you to make a confident decision when you feel that person may be the one you desire to marry.
2. You learn how to talk it out before you walk it out
Communication has always been and will always be one of the key components of a healthy relationship. My wife and I had a long distance relationship, so the majority of our time spent before marriage was over Skype or on the phone. It was one of the hardest things I had ever done, but it was so worth it. We really learned each other on so many levels, and when we did see one another the boundaries we had set in place kept us focused on enjoying one another communicatively versus physically. Early s*xual satisfaction in a relationship delays you from discovering key areas of the relationship such as the ability to commit, compatibility, and agreement on future goals.
3. Protects you from being attached before you say “I Do”.
There are only a few things that can attach you to someone for the rest of your life and two of those is a child together and s*x. Children are a blessing from the Lord, but can also be a challenge to raise in hard circumstances. Protect yourself from this by agreeing to wait until marriage to have s*x. Another attachment that can form through s*xual activity is a soul tie. s*x was created by God to tie that couple together forever. But when done outside of marriage, the same effect happens. But now it’s an illegitimate tie versus a covenantal tie. s*x outside of marriage may feel good in that moment, but that’s all you will be left with after that night is over. If the relationship doesn’t work out, then breaking it off will be much easier if there hasn’t been a spiritual soul tie through s*x.
4. Incomparable s*x within marriage.
You can guarantee that if you abstain from having s*x during your courting stage that the value you place upon one another will last your entire life. This value adds volumes to your s*x life in marriage. Studies show that those that wait to have s*x are happier in the long run. I do not look at my wife like a piece of meat, but a treasure worth being handled with tender care. I proved that to her by denying my flesh, and leading the stand for our purity. Our wedding night was the most beautiful encounter as we exchanged our gifts to each other. Our marriage was established on a sure foundation with God in the center of it all. Married people have the best s*x!
Even if you have already had s*x in a previous relationship that doesn’t disqualify you from making the decision to abstain until you are married. If you are in a sexually active relationship now, but desire to change things, then pray for God to give you wisdom as you approach your girl/boyfriend. I guarantee you it will be worth it in the end.

According to source, why he is so bitter about this is because the girl in question knows very well that the guy is his cousin because she has seen his photo in his house while scrolling through his photo album and when curiousity made her ask who the guy was, he explained to her that he is his mum’s sister’s only son who lives abroad and will be coming to settle down in nigeria after his education. Living in a face-me-I-face-you house, whenever you put the experience together, it is always like a movie and then you hear other people’s silver-spoon story but I think the ghetto own is the best. You gain a lot of experience from people you grew up with, “Aunty Adugbo” and “Uncle Adugbo”. It was really fun for me.

You seem to have moved on after your marriage break-up, what really led to the break-up?
Obviously, life, goes on. Shit happens. If it is not working well, walk out of it. You don’t have to die on whatever it is. It is just one of those things.

What has kept you going after all the controversies?
My God and the advice of my parents. Though, they are late but their prayers and the way they groomed me to this level before they passed on has really kept me going.

How where you able to stand after the whole saga?

It is not easy but I just had to sit up and think about it, if you die in your agony what would be left for whoever you have behind. It is better to sit up. That is why they said, ‘when there is life, there is hope’. Sit up and think of the next step you have to take and think of how to be a better you and affecting people’s lives positively.

Did you think it could happen?

Nobody would ever think of anything bad to themselves. Everything that happened, God knows it.

Did you see any sign about what happened?
No there was no sign.
