1. Base Your Diet on Leafy Green Vegetables

The alkaline diet should be based on organic leafy green vegetables, including cauliflower and cabbages, broccoli, herbs and spices, root vegetables, beans, nuts and seeds, lentils and peas, onions, garlic, leek and chives, and non-gluten grains such as rice in small amounts.



2. Increase the Intake of Fruits and Vegetables

3. Reduce the Sugar Intake
