Reduce Bad Cholesterol and Unclog Your Arteries with 100ml of THIS a Day

Atherosclerosis is a degenerative disease of the arteries, manifested with narrowing of these blood vessels that carry oxygen to the heart and all other organs in the body due to plaque buildup. It’s also the number-one killer in the US coming before cancer, ranked second. What makes this disease really dangerous is the fact that it develops deep in the body, which makes it hard to detect.
The main contributor to this slow, progressive disease is high levels of LDL, sometimes called “bad” cholesterol. According to the American Heart Association’s 2014 report on Heart Disease and Stroke Statistics, high LDL cholesterol is the major risk factor for heart disease.
Although there are conventional medicines that treat this disease, natural medicine has a lot to offer too. In fact, there are a number of foods that efficiently clean arterial walls from plaque, and some of the most beneficial are parsley and lemon.
To start with, parsley is commonly used to savor up dishes. But, not many know that apart from the flavor, parsley also has a number of health benefits to offer. For one thing, it contains two groups of essential ingredients. The firstgroup includes natural essential oils, while the second flavonoids. Packed with all this, parsley is a rich source of vitamin C, A and K, which makes it a great tool for excretion of toxins from the body and stimulating circulation.
Lemon is another great natural artery cleanser, so if you combine the two, you get an amazing natural remedy that reduces bad cholesterol levels in the blood.
Ingredients:
  • 5l water
  • 3 bunches of parsley
  • 1kg lemons
  • baking soda

Finally, blend everything with a food processor and pour into a glass jar or bottle.
