9 Bad Habits That You Must Break During Menstrual Periods!



1. Avoid watching movies that are depressing and avoid listening to depressing songs.
2. During your period you should not do things such as waxing because that will bring only additional pain.
3. When you are on your period, you should not skip meals because during the period women lose too much blood and energy. That is why 3 proper meals and in between snacks are the best option.
4. Arachidonic acid can worsen the cramps during the period, and that acid can be found in
dairy products. That is why it is recommended to avoid dairy products during period.
5. No matter if you bleed heavily or not, the pads need to be changed every 3 to 5 hours because if you wear the same pad the entire day, that can cause infections and bad odor.
6. During your period you are more open to get infections, that is why you should avoid having s*x during the period.
7. During your period you should not do rigorous exercises because that way you can harm your body.
8. During your period you should avoid eating in the middle of the night because your organism has trouble with digesting food then.
9. During your period, you should get enough sleep and rest, even though because of the pain and the cramps you might have trouble with falling asleep, this is what you must do
