Dental plaque is a colorless, sticky mass (biofilm) that grows on surfaces within the mouth.
If left untreated, it can lead to periodontal disease as the bacteria in plaque secrete juices that harm the gums and the support structure.
Just by brushing our teeth, the plaque cannot be successfully removed. But, there are cases where people have been using coconut oil and have defeated this condition.
All you need is a tablespoon of coconut oil. You should consume it daily and the plaque will disappear. Every day, rinse your mouth with it for 15 to 20 minutes and spit it out.
Coconut oil will eliminate the harmful bacteria in your mouth and will prevent the accumulation of plaque. After rinsing your mouth, brush your teeth with a toothbrush, but without using toothpaste. You will notice the differences after ten days.
